An accomplished elder law attorney with consummate skill and dedication towards achieving successful resolution of complex disputes.
One of his most satisfying roles was educating other attorneys, those in related professions and the general public on the various areas that comprise Elder Law. In his role as educator, he has presented programs for the California State Bar, CEB (Continuing Education of the Bar), Accountants, Fiduciaries, Financial Planners and innumerable community organizations throughout California.
In 2014, Mark underwent rigorous training to become a mediator. His mediation philosophy parallels his law practice: assist the parties to reach solutions to difficult problems in a cost efficient manner. While Mark is currently accepting a variety of mediation matters, he is especially interested in those where his Elder Law experience will be particularly beneficial to the participants.
